Foreign ministers of all 29 NATO countries met on Thursday in Washington, DC to mark the 70th anniversary of the alliance’s founding. NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg condemned Russia’s “violation” of the Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces (INF) treaty and US Vice President Mike Pence denounced Turkey’s plan to buy Russia’s S-400 missile defense system.
